國(guó)際研討會(huì)
iWoRiD 輻射成像探測(cè)器國(guó)際研討會(huì)每年舉行一次,其目的是為從事輻射成像探測(cè)器領(lǐng)域的科研學(xué)者提供一個(gè)分享新進(jìn)展新成就,探討未來(lái)發(fā)展和深化交流合作的國(guó)際化平臺(tái)。
研討會(huì)聚焦半導(dǎo)體、氣體和閃爍體探測(cè)器,主題包括探測(cè)器材料的處理和表征、混合和互連技術(shù)、計(jì)數(shù)或集成電子器件的設(shè)計(jì)、讀出和數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng),以及科研及工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的多項(xiàng)應(yīng)用。

該文主要介紹了捷克ADVAVAM公司為歐洲X-MINE項(xiàng)目定制的新一代高分辨光子計(jì)數(shù)型X射線探測(cè)器WidePIX 1x30及相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,該探測(cè)器已被歐洲委員會(huì)列為項(xiàng)目重點(diǎn)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品。
由歐洲“地平線2020計(jì)劃”資助的X-MINE項(xiàng)目旨在開發(fā)最先進(jìn)的礦物開采技術(shù),通過(guò)將x射線熒光技術(shù)、x射線透射成像技術(shù)、3D視覺(jué)技術(shù)集成到礦物實(shí)時(shí)x射線分析系統(tǒng)中,在減少對(duì)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響的同時(shí),提高采礦作業(yè)的效率并實(shí)現(xiàn)礦物資源的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
基于Medipix3芯片的WidePIX 1x30探測(cè)器可以在延時(shí)集分(Time-Delayed-Integration)模式下工作,允許對(duì)快速移動(dòng)的物體(如傳送帶上的巖石)進(jìn)行連續(xù)成像,寬度為42厘米,相當(dāng)于7680個(gè)像素(每個(gè)55μm),用于分析礦石開采過(guò)程中特別是貴重礦物的組成,識(shí)別其含量。
55 μm的空間分辨率可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)巖石顆粒內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的成像和分析,并直接檢測(cè)礦物和金屬的侵入體,如銅、鋅、鉛甚至金。該相機(jī)的理論最大掃描速度約為5米/秒,可對(duì)樣品進(jìn)行快速掃描。
新一代的Widepix探測(cè)器可廣泛用于連續(xù)移動(dòng)x射線檢查和動(dòng)態(tài)x射線機(jī)械臂掃描的場(chǎng)景,如礦物分析、臨床前醫(yī)學(xué)測(cè)試、汽車行業(yè)、食品檢測(cè)、藝術(shù)品檢測(cè)等。
